Typical minimum fare: €65–€100, depending on location and service.
Payment may be required in advance or on completion of the journey.
Prices are valid for 10 days from the quotation date after which prices may vary and Shane O’Sullivan Bespoke Chauffeur may need to re quote
An itinerary is considered booked & confirmed only upon client payment of 20% deposit or full payment No Shane O’Sullivan Bespoke Chauffeur services will be booked or tickets purchased until receipt of payment.
Full payment must be made to Shane O’Sullivan Bespoke Chauffeur no later than one month prior to the booking date. In the case of bookings that are made less than a month from tour commencement, full payment is required no later than 24 hours prior to the tour date. If payment is delayed, Shane O’Sullivan is not responsible for subsequent unavailability of services/guides/ticketing or supplier price increases.
We recommend that you take out comprehensive medical and travel insurance cover in case of an unforeseen disruption to your air and land arrangements.
We accept cash, card, and secure online payments (e.g. Stripe)
Force Majeure:
If the performance of this agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, War, Government Emergency Regulations, Disaster, Fire, Civil Disorder, or other similar cause beyond the abilities of the parties, making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the contracted event then this agreement may be terminated provided written acknowledgment is received and agreed by both parties in acceptance of the stated cause

Please note all rates and availability quoted are subject to change without notice until deposited and confirmed.
In the event of circumstances beyond the Shane O’Sullivan Bespoke Chauffeur control (e.g. increases in the standard rates of V.A.T., fuel), Shane O’Sullivan Bespoke Chauffeur reserves the right to vary the prices quoted to an extent, which reflects such circumstances.

Free cancellation up to 28 days before pickup

Hourly Hire
48+ hours: full refund
48–24 hours: 50% charge
Within 24 hours: 100% charge
Weddings & Events
30+ days notice: partial refund (excluding deposit)

Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes free waiting time after landing
All other pickups include 15 minutes free waiting
Additional waiting time is charged at €30–€50 per hour
Minimum booking: 3–4 hours
Time is charged from the agreed start time
Additional hours charged at €65–€100 per hour, depending on vehicle and service
A deposit may be required to secure the booking
Full balance must be paid before the event unless agreed otherwise
Any changes must be made in advance and are subject to availability
Overtime will be charged if service exceeds the agreed time
Corporate clients may apply for account facilities
Standard payment terms: 7–30 days from invoice
Late payments may result in suspension of services
Passengers must behave respectfully at all times.
No smoking, illegal substances, or unsafe behaviour allowed.
We reserve the right to terminate a journey if necessary (no refund).
Any damage or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the booking party.
Passengers must ensure luggage fits within the booked vehicle.
We are not responsible for lost items but will assist where possible.
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
We are not liable for missed flights, meetings, or events due to unforeseen delays.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
